Shop & Warehouse Assistant – Full-Time (Copenhagen N)

Are you passionate about art supplies, pens, and graffiti or street art?
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic new team member to join our store and online warehouse at Jagtvej 3, Copenhagen N.

About the Role

As part of our small, hands-on team, you’ll work with a variety of tasks — everyone helps out where needed to ensure great service both in-store and online.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers in-store and online (via chat and email)
  • Packing and shipping online orders
  • Receiving new stock and restocking shelves
  • Keeping the store clean, organized, and inviting

You’ll join a small but growing company with room to develop and specialize in the areas you’re most passionate about.

About You

You’re positive, responsible, and eager to learn new things.
In our fast-paced environment, you’ll need to be organized, efficient, and ready to take initiative.

We imagine that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Speak English fluently (Danish is a plus, but not required; other languages are also welcome)
  • Are outgoing, service-minded, and reliable
  • Have a genuine interest in art supplies, pens, and stationery
  • Communicate clearly and professionally — both in person and in writing
  • Are comfortable using computers and digital tools

  • Work hours: Full-time
  • Start date: By agreement – preferably as soon as possible
  • Location: Jagtvej 3, Copenhagen N
